Wagners receives countless donation requests each month. We give to as many nonprofit organizations as possible but unfortunately are not able to fulfill all requests. All requests that meet our donation request criteria will be given fair consideration but not all requests will receive a reply. Requests must be received 30 days prior to the event. We do kindly ask that you respect our policies. We ask that requested information be submitted to Wagners a minimum of 30 days prior to when the donation is needed.
We have chosen not to:
- Give to or sponsor sports teams.
- Give to for-profit organizations.
- Place ads in nonprofit brochures, bulletins, programs, flyers, etc.
- Give to third-party donation seekers or professional fundraisers.
On your nonprofit letterhead, please provide the following:
- Nonprofit ID number – 501(c) (3)
- Name of program / event
- Date of event
- Location of event
- How many people are expected to attend?
- Who/what will the donation help invest in?
- How will the donation be recognized?
In addition, please provide the following information:
- Person requesting donation
- Name
- Phone
- Email address
- What type of donation are you requesting?
- If applicable, address as to where donation should be sent.
